Lockdown Ottawa Escape Rooms is now open and we have made a number of changes to ensure a safe and fun environment for all of our players! We are back with an enhanced game experience, an enhanced safety protocol and an enhanced price. Please read more about our new policies below or start creating your booking!

What's New?

Vaccine Passports are NOT required.

We are not currently requiring proof of vaccination to come to Lockdown Ottawa. Since we require masking at all times at our location, and we do not serve food or beverages, we are not required to check vaccination status. 

Enhanced Escape Rooms
We have gone through every aspect of each Escape Room to make improvements wherever we could! We have removed any game elements that would require touching objects to your head or neck and have optimized our rooms for regular sanitization. This all happens behind the scenes so that all you have to concern yourself with is finding the next clue and making your way through our engaging and immersive Escape Rooms!

Enhanced Safety
We have taken a number of steps to ensure the safest possible environment for our customers! We have sanitization stations throughout our location, including a dedicated station in each Escape Room. We have updated our cleaning protocols to ensure a full disinfecting clean between groups and very frequent disinfecting and cleaning of all our common spaces. All of our staff and customers will be wearing masks at all time and be practicing physical distancing whenever possible. We are also limiting the number of groups at our site at any time by only running two Escape Rooms each hour. All of these changes will help to keep everyone safe during their time at Lockdown Ottawa!

Enhanced Prices
All of our Escape Rooms now cost a flat rate of $95 plus HST per room booking. Whether you are a group of 2 or a group of 8, the price will be the same! This means that each player can play for as little as $11.88 plus HST and still have access to the same great experience!  Payment will be accepted online or by phone at the time of booking. Payments can also be made on site by contactless payments Debit or Credit only. Cash will temporarily not be accepted due to COVID-19.

Enhanced Cancellation Policy
We understand that this is a difficult and unpredictable time for everyone! We will be offering full refunds for cancellations with 48 hours notice or more. We will also offer a full credit for any last minute cancellations that need to reschedule!
