What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is an interactive movie where you are the star! Within 45 minutes you will have to navigate your way through the story, by searching your surroundings and using any items you find to help solve a series of obstacles that separate you from your goal. If you can get to the end of the story, you will have escaped and victory is yours!

Do I win anything if I escape?
You and your friends or family will all be winners whether you escape or not, since you will have an amazing time together through this exciting and unique experience. If you complete the experience quick enough, you may even make it onto our leaderboard!

How much does it cost?
All of our Escape Rooms cost $109 plus HST per room booking. Whether you are a group of 2 or a group of 8, the price will be the same! Payment will be accepted online or by phone at the time of booking. Payments can also be made on site by contactless payments Debit or Credit only. Cash will temporarily not be accepted due to COVID-19.

Do you offer a package for birthday parties?
Our Party Package can host up to 8 people for 2 hours and includes an Escape Room experience, an hour in our private party room, loot bags, and the ability to bring in your own food or cake. The cost is $218+HST. More info can be found on our party page!

Are there any age restrictions?
Escape Rooms can be for anyone from age 6 to 100! Some of our experiences can be scary if you are scared of the dark (The Visitors), clowns (CarnEvil) or enclosed spaces (Trudeau Towers), so you will need to be the judge if any young children will be bothered by these themes. We can guarantee that there is no actual danger in any of the rooms and that the exit door is always unlocked, should anyone need to leave early. Please note that any groups of players under 16 years old, will require at least one paying adult to join them.

Are Escape Rooms scary?
Some of our experiences can be scary if you are scared of the dark (The Visitors), clowns (CarnEvil) or enclosed spaces (Trudeau Towers), so you will need to be the judge if any young children will be bothered by these themes. We can guarantee that there is no actual danger in any of the rooms and that the exit door is always unlocked, should anyone need to leave early.

Will we be placed with strangers in our room?
All of our rooms are booked privately, so you always get to decide exactly who plays with you! We never place other groups in the same room as you.

Is it possible to book an event during the weekdays or other times when you are not open?
Absolutely! Simply contact us by phone or email to let us know when you are wanting to have your event. We love hosting large groups and corporate events and are happy to open special hours for your group. We normally have a minimum 18 ticket purchase for these special bookings, but contact us with any requests and we can make sure we can accommodate your group! Please give us as much warning as possible for these events, since we will need to make sure we can get our wonderful Game Masters to host your event.

Is your location wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately not. We have a flight of stairs down to our main lobby and a flight of stairs up to our main Escape Room area.

What should I know if this is my first escape experience?
You are so lucky that you get to experience an Escape Room for the first time! Get ready to get hooked! Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to leave enough time to process payments, sign a brief waiver, and to give you a proper introduction to our games. You will be introduced to the room’s theme by our wonderful Game Masters, who will get you set up. You will have 45 minutes to search, solve and discover your way to the end of the story or out of the room. Our Game Masters will be available to assist you by walkie-talkie with any clues or questions along the way. Get excited to experience your first (of many) Escape Rooms!

Can I still play if I’m pregnant?
Our rooms do not present any danger to the players, but there may be some kneeling, crawling and standing in tight spaces in some of the rooms. If you believe any of these will be of concern to you, we do not recommend playing our Escape Rooms.

How many rooms are inside of one escape room experience?
Some of our rooms are contained in a single room and some have multiple areas to explore. All of our rooms are packed full of delightful surprises and we would not want to give any of those surprises away in advance!

How can I pay?
We accept payments on site at the time of your booking by either cash, credit or debit. We can also arrange for pre-payment on location or by phone during any of our opening hours.

What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy, we request 48 hours notice of cancellation for all bookings. We require 48 hours notice to receive a full refund of any pre-paid bookings or deposits.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a parking lot on site and all parking is free!

What is your privacy policy?

The information collected during the booking process is used exclusively for the purposes of maintaining a record of your booking with us. This enables us to provide you with customer service including confirmation emails, receipts, invoices or preparation details relevant to the experience that you booked. Bookings are made through the Checkfront booking platform, whose privacy policy is found here. We do not provide any of your information to any third parties, including any sponsors or partners for any of our experiences, unless requested by the customer(for booking restaurant reservations, for example).
